1- Orders

2- Availability of items

All orders are processed from our 3PL warehouse(s), and in-stock products are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. BEMMA cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the delivery date. If a supplier informs us that an item is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email or phone.

3- Products

The finishes and colors of the products shown on the website were reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, because colours can look different from monitor to monitor, depending on the settings, BEMMA cannot guarantee that the colors displayed are the same as those of the products. BEMMA reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to cease or modify the characteristics and prices of the products and services offered on this website. Color swatches of all finishes are also available for a minimal charge, to verify your color choice prior to ordering.

4- Order change or cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before processing by calling +1 (833) 66 BEMMA or by emailing [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel orders once they have shipped. Please refer to the “Return Policy” section for return procedures and policies. Upon receipt, inspect the content of your order to see if there is any shipping damage. Please refer to “Damaged Merchandise” for procedure if your product got damaged.

5- Pricing

Prices on the BEMMA websites are in Canadian and US dollars, before taxes and shipping, if applicable. The total is to be paid in full at the moment of purchase. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars for Canadian customers and in US dollars for US customers or any other country. For any delivery outside of Canada and the USA, any customs fees and local taxes are paid by the recipient. BEMMA reserves the right to change its pricing at any time and without notice.

6- Tracking your order

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email indicating the delivery’s status, a tracking number, and a link to follow your order online. It is however possible to organise the delivery of oversized items at additional charge. Please contact customer service by phone or email to proceed.

7- Cancellations

An order may be cancelled for different reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Unavailability of item
    • Inaccurate or incomplete payment information
    • Impossibility of delivery at given address
    • Replication of a previous order

In the case of a cancelled delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible of the reasons for the cancellation.

8- Delivery and shipping procedures

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We ship vanities and countertops via carrying firms (LTL service) or the postal service (for samples and sample boxes) and are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or typing mistakes caused by the buyer. If no one is present to accept a delivery at the address, a delivery notice will be left with steps to recover it at the post office. For LTL shipments, the carrier company will call to arrange delivery so you are aware of when it will arrive. The package can also be easily be tracked with the tracking/BOL # or reference number received by email. If you want to use another carrier, please contact customer service by phone or email to proceed before the order has shipped. Any changes must be relayed to our [email protected] team within 24 hours of the order being placed.

We ship all vanities in two cartons, one for the countertop & sink and one for the vanity base, strapped safely together on a pallet. Liftgate service is provided for both curbside (standard) delivery and inside delivery (extra fee).

Sample boxes and swatches are shipped within 48-72 hours and shipped via United States Postal Service or Canada Post depending on the delivery address.

9- Payment

Orders on BEMMA must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX.

10- Delivery delays

Orders of in-stock items in our warehouse will be processed within 48 business hours. BEMMA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by an inventory shortage.

11- Warranty

BEMMA’s warranty covers all defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of five years. This limited warranty, starting on the original purchase date, is only offered to the original purchaser who acquires the product directly from BEMMA or from its authorized dealers. This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased over the Internet from unauthorized BEMMA distributors.

This limited warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized BEMMA distributors or sub-dealers. BEMMA is not responsible for costs and claims that may arise from purchase of a product unsuited to the structure of the existing building. Any transformation or alteration made to a BEMMA product automatically voids the warranty.

The manufacturer’s warranty is limited to repair or replacement (with a product of equal value), provided the claim is made to an authorized dealer or directly to BEMMA within the warranty period. Labor costs and any other expenses entailed by replacement of a BEMMA product are not covered by the warranty.

12- Changes to terms and conditions

BEMMA reserves the right to update or modify its terms and conditions at any moment and without notice. For this reason, we suggest you read the Terms and Conditions every time you visit the website. Any change in the actual BEMMA website, in terms of use, legal notice, or more will take precedence over previous conditions. BEMMA reserves the right to definitely, or for a certain period of time, cease its online activities without any notice. By using this website, you waive your right to any recourse against BEMMA.
